In Store Purchases
Fashion/Footwear/Accessories:
Regular price items purchased in store will be accepted within 24 hours for return or refund, and 7 days for exchange or store credit. All items
purchased on sale are FINAL SALE. Items must be unworn, and have the tags still attached in order to be considered for return. Proof of
purchase is required for any return or exchange.
Merle Norman Cosmetics:
Merle Norman products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or full refund. Proof of purchase is required for any return or
exchange.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
